| Numeracy- 2d shape Make a picture using your shape knowledge. You can cut out the shapes and stick them down to make a picture or draw them out. Can you make a list of all the 2d shapes you used? Or label them in your picture? Top tip: it helps to have an idea of what you want your picture to be like |
| Literacy- reading comprehension Listen to chapter 24 of Kid Normal Activity: Can you use the description the author gives us and use this to draw a picture of nectars layer? Want a challenge? Write your own description to match your picture. Question: What do you think will happen next? Talk about what you think will happen next and try and remember your ideas for tomorrow. |
| Art and Design- drawing a face Today we are going to think about the shape of a face. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAY5ZMxDteE In the video, the artist used a pre cut out template for the shape of the face. This is not necessary but it can help if your little one gets frustrated while trying to do it free hand. |
