| Numeracy- 2d shape Sumdog- 2d shape challenge When you log into sumdog you should be able to access a shape challenge. Note to adults: I’ve set the skills to focus on 2d shape and shape patterns, if your little one starts to lose interest there is no need for them to finish the challenge. 15-20 minutes is more than enough. |
| Literacy- reading comprehension Listen to chapter 23 (battle of the board room) of Kid Normal Follow up task: Can you design a super hero outfit for one or two of the team: Murph, Mary, Hilda, Nelly or Billy |
| Art and Design- drawing a mouth You might have already guessed it but we are working our way through all the main features on a face, getting ready to be able to draw a portrait. Today we are going to be thinking about drawing a mouth. Think carefully what you would like the mouth to look like, there are lots of different options. I’ve attached two videos, one for an open mouth and one for closed mouth. You might want to practice both or do something completely different- it’s up to you.
