| Numeracy- Number sequences with missing numbers. This activity is a great one to keep practicing. Activity 1: Take turns being the teacher. Can you write a list of numbers with some missing and ask your grown up to solve it? For example: 19 __ 21 22 __ 24 25 Then it’s their turn to be the teacher. You can make it tricky or easy. Activity 2: http://ictgames.com/rangeArranger/ This activity allows you to choose the number range, for example you might want to start within 30 before trying a challenge of within 100. For pupils that are easily doing within 100, try challenging them to within 1000. Note for adults: If you are challenging your child and moving past 100, take some time to discuss the components of each number, hundreds, tens and units and how we use this to help us. |
| Literacy- questions Kid Normal Listen to chapter 21 of Kid Normal Follow up task: If you were in control of the droids and wanted to take over Milton Primary School, where would you place them? Draw a map of the school, or Milton to show where you would put them. |
| Art and design- drawing in nature. Today we are going to think about drawing something in nature. Find something outdoors to draw, this could be a plant, tree, flower, leaf or anything that catches your attention. Take your time to look at the detail in it and then try your best to draw this. |

My house would have walls made of candy. The roof would be made of marshmallows. The floor would would be like clouds so you would feel like you are floating. It will have slides so you don’t have to use the stairs.
