| Health and Wellbeing I loved seeing the words you chose and your self portraits. It’s always nice to think and hear nice things about ourselves. Today we are going to try and spread that happy feeling. Can you draw a picture of someone in your house and write all the things that are great about them around it. You could do one for everyone in your house, if you want. |

| Numeracy-Money Activity 1: Adding coins https://www.topmarks.co.uk/money/coins-game This activity works for everyone, just choose a smaller amount of coins and build up as you get more confident Activity 2: Can you make price tags for things around your house? How will you decide how much to charge for them? Note for parents: Remember when adding up coins, it’s important to remember to start with the largest coin. It’s normal for children to have very little concept of the value of money, they may for example, say they would charge £5 for a tin of soup, that’s okay just focus on supporting them to write it correctly. |
| Literacy Listen to chapter 12 of Kid Normal Question: What do you think happened to blue phantom? Optional Activity: Draw a picture of the blue phantom and his cool car. Use the description in the story to help you design it. Note for parents: The follow up activity in literacy is optional today following feedback that it can be difficult to fit everything in on the same day as a google meet. |
