Wednesday the 27th of May – Primary 2/3 Home Learning
Breakfast Get Ready for the day ahead
Daily Check In/ Registration Remember we have google meets today at 11. I’m looking forward to seeing lots of you then. Question: If you could supply Milton with any type of food, what would you produce? Send a selfie with your ideas or email your ideas to: Aine.o’shea@invergordonacademy.org.uk
Health and Wellbeing Today we are going to think about where our food comes from. Your task for today is to look in your kitchen, can you find any packets that say where your food is from? Draw a picture of up to 3 different foods and write beside them where they are from. Note for parents: If you can’t see this information on any packets, vegetables and fruit are normally really good ones, you can look for where food has been packaged or produced.
Break
Numeracy- Sumdog There are still quite a few diagnostic tests to finish, these help make sure the questions that sumdog are asking are at the correct level. For those of you who are finished the assessment I will assign either a daily challenge or competition.
Literacy- reading comprehension Listen to chapter 18 of Kid Normal Optional follow up task: Design your own assault course for the p-cat test. Remember it should test the students like a real life hero situation.
Have you registered? Please send a photo of some completed work to the above email address, I’d love to add lots to our work to be proud of.
I would make vegetables and fruit for milton because they are very important and not everyone likes the same thing so this way they can make what they want so we can all be happy. Kerrigan
